Williams Promoted to Senior VP at Radian

Radian Asset Assurance, the bond insurer owned by Radian Group in Philadelphia, announced on March 24, 2003, that John Williams has been promoted to senior vice president of public finance. Williams, who previously held the position of public finance vice president and manager, will continue to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the public finance group, such as developing policy recommendations and working on deal structures. Williams joined Radian in 1998 as vice president of public finance and was promoted to vice president and manager of that department in 2001. Williams is a graduate of Haverford College and Yale School of Management.
