ABSTRACT
The article reports on a study from real estate services company DTZ which predicts that office space availability in Great Britain will erode further in 2014. It reports that a shortage in grade-A space is expected for the year, mainly due to high demand. It reveals the study's claim that only 1.6 years of supply of grade-A office space are left based on existing take-up rates. The study's economic growth forecast and retail market vacancy rate projections are also reported.
