Presents an article on the visit of U.S. President Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary to his old dormitory room at the University College in Oxford, England. Plan devised by the author to put a note on the tissue paper roll in the comfort room for the president to read and to be able to make contact with him; Conversation of Clinton with his old porter who opposes the presence of politicians at the World War II invasion commemoration in Normandy, France; Reaction of President Clinton to a sign placed by a student from Singapore protesting U.S. cultural imperialism.
