Reports that in hopes of driving many of America's 258,000 licensed gun dealers out of business, the Clinton administration proposes to raise the $66-a-year gun-selling license to $600. How fewer dealers doesn't automatically mean less crime; Figures for licensed gun dealers compared to the population in several states.
