The author discusses diversity as part of the business strategy and presents a short list for executives to consider when wanting more females and diverse groups to take on leadership positions at their organizations. He reflects on the firms' insufficient diversity outlook which results in a shortage of diversified talents. He also encourages executives to motivate, influence and share their passion to push their diversity measures.
