ABSTRACT
The article reports on some mutual funds that allow investors to buy in. A chart is presented that analyzes the performance of the Barclays Capital Emerging Market Local Currency Index (BarCap EMLC) to the Barclays Capital U.S. Aggregate Bond Index since 2012. More than 120 sovereign debt instruments are included in EMLC, which are denominated in freely traded local currencies.
