ABSTRACT
The article reflects on increase in sales of fish in the seafood section at retail stores in Ireland as revealed by the periodical and Kantar Worldpanel. It talks about the research from Empathy Research which was published in the periodicals' newsletter "Retail Intelligence" showing that 77 percent participants responded preference to eat fresh fish.
