Will early elections be held in November 2014?

The article discusses speculations of early elections in the capital city of Ankara, Turkey in November 2014 after the presidential elections in August 2014. The Ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) executives have ruled out a change in the schedule of election such as local elections in March 2014, presidential elections in August 2014 and general elections in June 2015. It notes how politics in Ankara is focused on the option of 3 elections in 2014 rather than two.
