ABSTRACT
The article focuses on several requirements posed by the U.S. Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) to employers. It mention the requirement of the PPACA for employers or business owners with more than 50 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) to provide insurance to their employees. It adds that the law also requires group health plans to provide a new four-page "Summary of Benefits and Coverage."
