Life after Concussion: A Balancing Act

The author reflects on the issue related to the process of recovery and coping with concussions in her daily life. She states that she suffered with sports related concussion when she was in eighth grade, and that was the time when she left with no social life. Further she states that it took her long time to develop a positive attitude in her life but now she has accepted and admitted that her life is a constant battle between limitations and seek help.
