The Anniversaries of 2014

In this article, the author reflects on several anniversaries to be celebrated in 2014 including the 100th anniversary of the World War I in 1914, the 75th anniversary of Second World War in 1939 and the end of communism along with the joining of Poland in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
