ABSTRACT
The article discusses a study regarding the effect of morphine sulphate on fructose-induced insulin resistant male rats' liver function test (LFT), insulin, and blood sugar. The study used and grouped 36 Wistar-Albino male rats for the experiment which were anesthetized for blood samples collection. Results show that all test groups were insulin resistant, while the activity values of asparatate aminotransferase (AST) have increased.
