ABSTRACT
Recent decisions by leading companies to curtail quarterly earnings estimates signal a positive shift toward long-term growth initiatives. One of the most effective ways for companies to achieve this growth is by developing a culture that fosters and promotes innovation. Such a culture emerges when companies make innovation a priority and develop and support a long-term game plan for innovation. In this sort of environment, innovation can thrive and companies can expect to experience long-term growth. INSET: EXECUTIVE briefing.
