Reveals that the government in Russia is planning to move the embalmed remains of Vladimir Lenin, founder of the Soviet Union, and bury Lenin in St. Petersburg. Communists believe that he should stay; Tug of war over communism's embalmed icon reflects the tenuous nature of Russian politics; President Boris Yeltsin has removed the mausoleum's military honor guard, but reluctant to challenge the corpse's display; Czar Nicholas II and family to get proper burials.
