ABSTRACT

States that an economics report released by the Wilderness Society in March 1993 found that a national energy efficiency program would create on average, ten times the number of jobs that might be produced if drilling were permitted in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. How the report was researched by the Tellus Institute of Boston.
