Announces that President Bill Clinton's elevation has not guaranteed jobs for his fellow participants in the Renaissance Group--several hundred people who gather each New Year's on Hilton Head Island, S.C., to discuss public affairs. Listing of some Renaissance folks who have failed to get posts, including Zoe Baird; Clinton is expected to name the group's organizer, Phil Lader, as deputy director of the Office of Management and Budget.
