ABSTRACT
The article presents rules and regulations related to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 2013. The Coast Guard will implement the 1,000 foot safety zone in Sacramento River navigable waters in Sacramento, California. The Coast Guard is setting two temporary safety zones when holiday boat parades are scheduled to happen on the navigable waterways in the vicinity of Miami and Palm Beach, Florida in December.
