Reports that U.S. President George W. Bush has pledged that manned space flight should continue despite the loss of Columbia, the oldest space shuttle in NASA's fleet. Suggestion by former astronauts for the rapid development of the Orbital Space Plane (OSP); Possible use of the OSP as crew return vehicle for the International Space Station.
