ABSTRACT
Contends that Bill Clinton is committed to staying in touch with the lives of ordinary Americans, as he demonstrated last week during his whirlwind visit to Washington, D.C. Clinton intends to take daughter Chelsea to the movies or the mall, and plans to escort his daughter to dances, as he did in Little Rock. Chelsea, 12, is approaching an age when she might prefer her father leave her alone with her friends, if the Secret Service is willing.
