ABSTRACT
Reports that the 200 percent tariff on imports of white wine from Europe, announced last week, would roughly triple the price of the wine, turning that assertive little $15 Pouilly Fuisse into something downright impudent. The tariff is set to take effect on bottles imported on or after Dec. 5. Red wine and sparkling wine won't be affected; Examples of prices; Domestic wines; More.
