ABSTRACT
Reports that though Russian President Boris Yeltsin evicted the think tank headed by Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev from its Moscow headquarters last week, the bulk of its assets is beyond the reach of the Yeltsin. James Garrison, head of the San Francisco-based Gorbachev Foundation/USA, says the $1 million raised in this country is safe in an American bank.
