ABSTRACT
Reports that the United States has suspended cooperation with the Special Committee on the Situation with regard to the Implementation of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples. US urged special committee to reform its work; Committee said to be taking up `inappropriate' issues; Had not set aside practices of past which focused on outmoded agenda.
