Reports that Henry Kissinger has hired Lloyd Cutler, the Washington superlawyer and counsel in the Carter White House, to advise him about dealing with a widening Senate probe into the possibility that American servicemen may have been left behind in Southeast Asia. Testimony that Kissinger knowingly abandoned Americans after the end of the Vietnam War; Kissinger is expected to tell his side of the story next month.
