ABSTRACT
Pictures the 260 ft.-tall Titan Complex 40, which was moved March 8 in preparation for the September launching of NASA's Mars Observer. The tower was built by Bechtel National under a contract from Martin Marietta, weighs 11.4 million lb., will withstand 100 mph winds and has a design life of 15 years.
