Reports that infertility specialist Cecil Jacobson, in an Alexandria, Va., courthouse, admitted to using his own sperm to impregnate patients, fathering as many as 75 children. Other accusations against him by patients; Jacobson was convicted last week to 52 counts of fraud and perjury; He faces a maximum of 280 years in prison; He will appeal.
