BRUSSELS. Nov 15 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is due in Brussels on December 16 for talks with European Union officials, Gunnar Wiegand, managing director of the Europe and Central Asia Department of the European External Action Service, said on Friday.
