MOSCOW. Nov 14 (Interfax-AVN) - The ceremony to transfer the aircraft carrier INS Vikramaditya, formerly the cruiser Admiral Gorshkov, to the Indian Navy will be held at the Sevmash enterprise's shipyard in Severodvinsk on November 16, Russian state-run arms trader Rosoboronexport said in a press release seen by Interfax-AVN on Thursday.
