MOSCOW. Nov 15 (Interfax) - Mostotrest (MOEX: MSTT) closed January-September 2013 with net losses of 1.906 billion rubles to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), compared with profit of 1.976 billion rubles in the same period of last year, the bridge builder said in a statement.
