RZD still seeking solution on subsidiary's Libya project - Yakunin

MOSCOW. Nov 14 (Interfax) - Russian Railways (RZD) (MOEX: RZHD) has not found a solution yet to problems concerning its subsidiary's project in Libya, but continues to negotiate with the authorities in that country.
