ABSTRACT
The article discusses various home design patterns available for clients. It suggests that designs for kitchen which includes contrast flooring and using design bringing natural light in. Design pattern for bedroom and living room include wide and easy opening closets and using Leverage lighting to mitigate late-night accidents. It also mentions designs for bathrooms including using standard drain or trench drain, and installing blocking behind the walls.
