ABSTRACT
The article discusses the factors contributing to the poor performance of motorcycle racer Franco Uncini after his accident in 1983. Uncini mentioned the reasons for his poor performance can be attributed to his motorcycle which he believed was not good enough for racing events and the lack of manager to allow him to change from Suzuki to another company. He also shared his decision to stop joining the racing events. Uncini's career highlights are cited.
