ABSTRACT
This article analyses the first experiences in the clinical application of PACS system in hospital macro system of the Clinical Center University of Sarajevo. It was pointed out from all aspects of disadvantages of system integration for all sites or diagnostic procedures (sonography, radiography...), human factorial engineering, rejection the use of PACS systems from its users etc.
