ABSTRACT
The article discusses the Japanese war planning document Tanaka Memorial 1927, in which Japan's Prime Minister Baron Tanak Giichi outlined the strategy for the Emperor Hirohito to dominate the world. It mentions that the Soviet politician Leon Trotsky published a work in 1940 discussing that how the memorial came into existence. It also suggests that movie series "Why We Fight" depicted the plan of Japan for war against the United States.
