The White House's chief technology officer, Todd Park, on Wed. told the House Oversight Committee his team is "making progress at a growing rate" in making fixes to the troubled HealthCare.gov website. Pres. Obama has promised that it will be working better for most Americans by the end of Nov. Meanwhile, former Treasury Sec'y Lawrence Summers told CNBC that ObamaCare has already yielded benefits to the economy.
