Transneft board to approve technical upgrades program to 2018 on Nov 19

MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax) - The board of directors of Transneft (MOEX: TRNF) will approve a program for technical upgrades, reconstruction, major repairs and diagnostics on trunk pipelines for the period from 2014 to 2018 at a meeting on November 19, the Russian oil pipeline monopoly said in a statement.
