Armenian parliament fails to recognize independence of Nagorny Karabakh

YEREVAN. Nov 13 (Interfax) - Deputies of the Armenian parliament have failed to vote on the bill recognizing the independence of the self-proclaimed republic of Nagorny Karabakh.
