MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax) - The leadership of the Russian Federal Corrections Service (FSIN) has confirmed that Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, a member of the Pussy Riot punk band, is under quarantine at a correctional facility in the Krasnoyarsk territory, Russian Human Rights Commissioner Vladimir Lukin told Interfax on Wednesday.
