MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman have had a telephone conversation to discuss the situation in the Middle East and preparations for a December session of a Russian-Israeli mixed commission on trade-economic cooperation, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.
