United Shipbuilding needs a few years to prepare for IPO

MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax) - OJSC United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) will need a few years to establish the sort of financial model to enable to raise money on the capital markets, including via an IPO, Deputy Industry and Trade Minister Alexei Rakhmanov said at a briefing devoted the corporation's development strategy to 2030.
