The article discusses the significant provisions of the health care reform or Obamacare, which will be in effect in 2014 and 2015. Particular focus is given to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act which were signed into law by U.S. President Barack Obama in 2010. It also discusses how the health care reform will affect Virginia small employers in 2014.
