ABSTRACT
The article discusses the pairing of various Spanish wines with local Texas food especially hunted meat and fish. It comments on the growth of the Texas wine industry in the context of increasing production of Spanish Tempranillo and Argentinian Malbec grapes and wines in the state. It further discusses several wines including red wines, rose wines and white wines, which can be best paired with specific wild hunt or fish.
