ABSTRACT
The article discusses the administrative, procedural, and miscellaneous provisions of the Internal Revenue law of the U.S. Internal Revenue Services (IRS). It discusses the notice issued by the IRS which provides guidance on the corporate bond monthly yield curve and the 24-month average segment rates under 430(h)(2) of the Internal revenue Code. It includes the administrative rulings on Bank Secrecy Act issued from the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Department of the Treasury.
