The article discusses how collaboration of the journal with the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) can help to serve the market place in a better way in the U.S. in 2013. It informs that in 2012 both formed a task force to find out what they could improve by being together. It states that collaboration helped them to conduct inspections by a single agency. It mentions that collaboration made the convention efficient and cost-effective. It rules that collaboration is not a merger.
