GERMANY: The gov't's lostart.de website, which will eventually publish a list of the 1,406 art works recovered at a Munich apartment, has crashed under the extra- ordinary demand for access. The art, much of which was likely looted by Nazis, includes works by Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, Otto Dix and Marc Chagall.
