HANOI. Nov 12 (Interfax) - Russia and Vietnam intend to take steps towards the quickest possible conclusion of an intergovernmental agreement for the creation of an optimal tax regime for long-term oil deliveries under agreements between Gazprom Neft (MOEX: SIBN) and PetroVietnam, a joint statement concerning strengthening comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries issued during Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to the Southeast Asian country.
