ABSTRACT
The article discusses the details in relocating libraries according to Overton & Associates president and chief executive officer (CEO) Bill Overton. Particular focus is given to the relocation of Morris Library at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois which involved moving 1.6 million volumes of books. It discusses the process of moving library treasures aside from the books, and the new home of Carnegie Library in Patchogue, New York.
