ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a DTZ survey of data from 3,000 funds, which found the availability of a record 340bn dollars of capital to invest in commercial real estate globally during next year. It is noted that available capital increased by 6% to 120bn dollars in Europe while the largest volume of capital at 129bn dollars is attracted to the U.S.
