The article presents a preview of and sports forecasting on the 2013-2014 college basketball season for the University of North Carolina team. The impact of the team of the suspension of forward P. J. Hairston by coach Roy Williams for the beginning of the season after Hairston was arrested in June 2013 is considered, and said to place the scoring responsibilities on forward James Michael McAdoo.
