The article reports on the remodeling and reopening conducted by the members of grocery wholesaler Associated Wholesale Grocers Inc. of the American supermarket chain Belle Foods LLC locations in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. It is inferred that the association has been given approval by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to acquire the supermarket chain in October 2013. Homeland Stores and Rouses Markets are among of the larger buyers of the chain.
