ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of Twitter Inc., which chooses the New York Stock Exchange to host the TWTR account for its initial public offering (IPO) of stock on November 15, 2013, to raise $1 billion in the stock sale in San Francisco, California. Bloomberg analyst Adam Johnson estimates the price at the IPO to be about $21 but others believe that it will open in the $15-$20 range. Meanwhile, the company reported a net loss of $79 million in 2012 and $69 million for the first half of 2013.
